Immersion Circulator
Ok, as I am sure you know the raw food diet consists of eating food that hasn’t been cooked over a certain temperature (between 105 and 116 degrees). One of the coolest new pieces of technology out there is an Immersion Circulator. “Cooking” with this type of device is known as Sous Vide and while it has been around for 200+ years it is just now starting to take off with culinary giants.

Due to its ability to regulate temperature you can “cook” lots of things and still keep them raw. I know Matthew Kinney is using them a lot at 105Degrees.
