I don’t have one of these but they sure are cool. I first saw an Anti-Griddle used at 105degrees in Oklahoma City last year at their grand opening. It is essentially a really cold stove top. While some raw foodist will tell you that freezing your food can do damage to the molecular structure of the food it is still significantly better than cooking with heat.

These are expensive and if you decide to get one please shoot me a review and I will get it posted for everyone.
